I'm Danielle Secor, founder of Secor Strategies — a strategist and connector who builds stronger communities through politics, policy, and people. I turn vision into action, and I measure my work by what it delivers.
Over the past decade, I've managed grassroots campaigns across New York City, led advocacy for urgent care providers navigating state and federal policy, and worked alongside City agencies to expand access to housing, healthcare, and community resources. I've guided a four-way Assembly race to a 61% win as the sole full-time staffer, carried a first-time candidate to 40%+ against an entrenched incumbent, and — as Interim Executive Director of The New Majority NYC — led the organization's first-ever six-figure fundraiser.
Through Secor Strategies, I partner with candidates, organizations, and coalitions to design winning campaigns, grow community power, and elevate fresh voices in civic life.
Beyond consulting, I founded Politicking NYC, a networking hub and member community where organizers, advocates, and local leaders share tools, ideas, and opportunities.
