The New Majority NYC

Building Power for Women in NYC Politics

Danielle partners with The New Majority, New York City’s largest and most diverse women’s political organization, to help build power for women in government and expand representation at every level of city politics. As Interim Executive Director, she works with the organization’s leadership to grow its membership, strengthen candidate support, and develop long-term strategies that ensure women’s voices remain central to policymaking. The New Majority’s mission — electing, training, and sustaining women in public office — aligns seamlessly with Danielle’s commitment to equity, community, and building coalitions that deliver results.

Big Ideas, Real Impact.

As Interim Executive Director and senior strategist with The New Majority NYC, I helped build and deploy real political power for women across New York City. I ensured strong, experienced female leadership was on the ground in competitive City Council races citywide—supporting candidates with the infrastructure, strategy, and staffing needed to win.

I also led the organization’s largest fundraising effort to date, producing a 100+ person event that raised the organization’s first six-figure total—over $100,000 in a single fundraiser. In parallel, I helped design and launch Council 101, a practical onboarding and leadership program to ensure newly elected women officials could hit the ground running and govern effectively from day one.
