As Interim Executive Director and senior strategist with The New Majority NYC — the city's largest and most diverse women's political organization — I helped build and deploy real political power for women across the city, putting experienced female leadership on the ground in competitive City Council races. I led the org's largest fundraising effort to date: a 100+ person event that raised over $100,000 in one night. I also designed and launched Council 101, a leadership program so newly elected women could govern effectively from day one.
